Terms of Sale

The customer must read and accept the terms and conditions of sale on the current page before placing an order. Terms of sale are agreed between the customer and our company for vehicles tagged “Stock”. For vehicles tagged “Partner”, the terms of sale are not negotiable as they are applied to our company by our partners (banks and lease companies) who own the vehicles.
The client agrees to purchase the vehicle listed on our platform, conditioning our company that the vehicle fully matches the description and photos in the ad.
The purchase, delivery and administrative documents provided are carried out in accordance with the European rules, in perfect security and in complete transparency. Our sale procedure is in line with European standards for online vehicle sales.

The most of the vehicles offered for sale on our platform have German origin and have (or previously had) German registration. All vehicles are in perfect condition, have real, guaranteed and certified mileages, maintenance book up to date and have never been involved in accidents. We select for sale only vehicles that are in excellent condition and have low mileage.
Each vehicle sold by our company comes with a warranty of one (1) year, or up to 25,000 km, plan contracted directly from the manufacturer and activated on the day of purchase, excluding cases where the vehicle is still under manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is valid at any official service point of the manufacturer throughout Europe and covers the engine, transmission, electrical and mechanical components of the vehicle.
 We perform the final registration of the vehicle for customers from EU countries, without charging additional fees.

Our customers can purchase vehicles through the “Buy Now” feature. By clicking the “Buy Now” button you agree to buy the vehicle at the price indicated in the ad, which includes 19% VAT. We do not charge any other fees or hidden costs.

The sale procedure for each vehicle is standardized and will take place in the following way:

The potential customer will choose a vehicle listed on our platform available for sale. Vehicles tagged “Sold” or “Reserved” are not available.

Vehicles owned by our company (available in our showroom) are tagged “Stock”. By contacting us in advance online or by phone, you can schedule an inspection and test drive.
The vehicle can be picked up on the same day when the payment is confirmed. If the buyer requests temporary license plates, it can take up to three (3) working days to obtain them. If the customer has chosen to have the vehicle delivered, delivery time will take 5-7 working days, depending on the location of delivery.

Vehicles tagged “Partner” are owned by our partners (not available in our showroom) and sold directly by them through our platform. These vehicles come from previous unpaid leasing or financing contracts and have been recovered by our partners from debtors. This means that a large part of the value of the vehicle is already paid to our partners, so our partners are looking for a quick sale and additional profit. A non-pledge certificate will be issued confirming that there are no liens or debts on the vehicle. These vehicles can only be sold for export (outside of Germany) according to German banks regulations. The vehicles can be exported from Germany both within the European and outside of it.
These vehicles are not available for inspection and test drive and can only be ordered online. After confirmation of full payment, the vehicle can be picked up from our showroom in 5-7 working days or delivered to your location in 7-10 working days (depending on the location of delivery).
The customer has a period of five (5) days to complete a drive test, inspect the vehicle and check it’s condition. During this period the buyer has the right to accept or reject the vehicle. We strongly recommend to all our customers to make a thorough check of the vehicle at the manufacturer’s authorized service.
These vehicles can be purchased at a fixed price using the “Buy Now” feature, avoiding the risk of losing the auction. “Bid Now” feature is available only for companies and lets the customer place a bid with a lower amount than the one indicated in the ad. The price indicated in the ad includes VAT (19% is the VAT rate in Germany) and represents an accurate estimation of the price that our partners believe the vehicle will sell at.
Added to the price indicated in the ad there is an extra fee of €250. This fee will cover preparation of documents for sale, export and import, obtaining temporary license plates valid for 30 days and vehicle insurance. The delivery fee will be calculated at a rate of maximum 0,50 €/km, depending on delivery location. We do not charge other fees or hidden costs.

How to Buy:

If the customer is ready to initiate the purchase process he should use the “Buy Now” feature. To begin the purchase process, the customer has to download, complete and resend the “Purchase Order”, along with a copy of the buyer’s identity card or passport (individuals). For legal entities we need the certificate of registration of the company and a document proving that the company is a VAT payer in the country of registration. After we receive all the necessary documents, our sales department will initiate the purchase process.

 The “Bid Now” feature is available only for companies. The client’s offer will be automatically send to our partner who owns the vehicle. The final result of the auction will be communicated to the customer after 48 working hours from the time of placing the bid. In case that in 48 working hours there are multiple bidders for the same vehicle, the customer who placed the highest bid wins the auction.

Payment Methods:

After initiating the purchase process, our sales department will send by email to the customer the sales contract signed and stamped by our company. The sales contract will contain a clear identification of the vehicle, our company’s and customer’s data and the terms of sale. The customer will receive the proforma invoice, only after we received the signed sales contract. The proforma invoice will contain bank details of our company and the total price to be paid. Payment must be completed by bank transfer and confirmed within 48 working hours from the time the customer received the proforma invoice. For vehicles tagged “Partner” is required full payment. The sales contract and invoice is done directly between our company and the customer, following the transfer of ownership from the vehicle owner. To confirm payment, the customer must send by email the copy of the bank receipt with transfer information clearly visible.

As a secondary payment method for vehicles tagged “Partner”, we have implemented payment through the escrow service. The escrow agent is a law firm specialized in providing escrow services, with which we have already signed a legal assistance and services contract. An escrow service acts as a financial third party, which manages the payments from one party to another. Buyer will transfer the payment in the full amount plus 50% of the escrow service fee to escrow account managed by the law firm. The funds are held in an escrow account, until the buyer takes possession of the vehicle, complete the 5-day inspection period and take the final decision. In case of refusal, you will notify the escrow agent for a full refund. The escrow agreement is done between our company, the customer and the escrow agent. Vehicle Inspection:

 The customer must inform our representative of the vehicle acceptance or refusal in five (5) days from the time of receiving it. Refusal of the vehicle will be accepted if it’s made for objective reasons, such as that the received vehicle does not match the one described on our platform, has fewer features than mentioned in the description, the vehicle has unmentioned damages, scratches or technical failures.
The customer can refuse the vehicle by signing a contract of refusal called “Vehicle Return Form”.  If the client signing that he accepts the vehicle will receive from our representative a voucher with a discount value of €1500 that can be used for a subsequent purchase. The validity of any voucher is 1 year from the date of issue. For more information about the voucher and the discount please read from our “Voucher” page.
To refuse the vehicle, the customer must complete in the “Vehicle Return Form”, at the entry mentions, the exact reasons that lead to the refusal of the vehicle. After the “Vehicle Return Form” is completed and signed by the customer, our representative will send it to our sales manager to approve the refund to the customer. Our company is committed to refund the entire amount within 48 working hours of receipt of the “Vehicle Return Form”. The vehicle will be picked up from the customer within 24 working hours after the full amount has been refunded.
Any failure of our company to deliver the purchased vehicle in the agreed time frame, will trigger an automatic refund to the customer for the entire amount. The refund will be issued within 48 working hours from the time the delivery deadline is passed.
This case of refusal of the vehicle is presented in the sales contract as an insurance that the customer will receive exactly the vehicle that he has been chosen and paid for.
In our company history, we have never had a case of vehicle refusal. All vehicles are carefully checked by our company technical experts and the information posted on our platform is consistent and 100% accurate.

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

Our company can arrange shipping anywhere in Europe and even outside of it. For longer distances, where sea/ocean transportation is required and customs clearance is needed we will use the services of our partners. Vehicle transport will be made through either our own trucks or it will be provided by one of our partners and will be accompanied by one of our company representative.
Our representative will be empowered for the procedure of the vehicle registration on the buyer name. It will personally hand out the vehicle, both keys and the complete set of the vehicle final registration documents.

For vehicles tagged “Partner” the storage is free of charge for five (5) days from the time the vehicle has arrived in our showroom. After that, storage is charged at a fee of €50 per day. For more details on the subject please view the “Shipping and Export” page.
