For individuals in the European Union, VAT is not deductible, but it is not necessary to pay it again in the country where the vehicle will be registered.
Companies registered as a VAT payer in a country that is part of the European Union can purchase vehicles from us at a price that is VAT deducted (Netto). To qualify for this feature, the buyer shall send the necessary documents to be checked by our company before starting the purchase process. Necessary documents are: certificate of registration of the company and a document proving that the company is a VAT payer in the country of registration. To be able to purchase directly at Netto prices you also have to opt for shipping to be handled by our company.
If the buyer is a private person or company based in a country that is not part of the European Union, he must pay the list price of the product displayed on our platform. The customer will be able to recover their VAT, amounting to 19% of the Netto price, in maximum 30 calendar days from the time they send proof that the vehicle was exported outside of the European Union. A copy of the registration certificate in the country of export is required to submit a VAT claim. To purchase directly at Netto price, you have to opt for shipping to be handled by our company.

Vehicle transport will be made either with our own trucks or it will be provided by one of our partners and will be accompanied by our company representative. Our representative will personally hand out the vehicle, both keys and the complete set of the vehicle final registration documents. Our representative will be empowered for the procedure of registration of the vehicle on the buyer name. In case there is a need for customs clearance in the country of delivery, our partners can cover this service and provide delivery directly at the location you’ve specified.
All our shipments have a shipping insurance included that is worth up to €500,000.
Shipping charges will be calculated as follows:
– minimum fee is €150 for distances below 350 km;
– 351 km – 1500 km = at a rate of €0.50/km;
– 1501 km – 3000 km = at a rate of €0.40/km;
– more than 3000 km please ask for a shipping quote;
Please note that for the vehicles tagged “Partner” the documents for sale and registration are prepared in 5-7 working days. Shipping will be started only after the documents are ready and may take up to 2-4 working days, depending on the distance of transport. A total estimated time for delivery is around 7-10 working days.
